ANTIPAROS ADVISORY LIMITED
COOKIE NOTICE
Effective date: 30 July 2026
Last updated: 30 July 2026
1. What this notice covers
1.1 This Cookie Notice explains how Antiparos Advisory Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at www.antiparosadvisory.com (the “Site”).
1.2 Please read it together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally, and our Terms of Use.
2. What cookies are
2.1 A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies allow a site to recognise your device, remember your choices, and collect information about how the site is used.
2.2 We also use, or may use, similar technologies that work in comparable ways, including local storage, pixels and tags. In this notice, “cookies” means all of these.
2.3 Cookies may be:
• First-party — set by us, or third-party — set by another organisation whose service we use.
• Session — deleted when you close your browser, or persistent — remaining on your device until they expire or you delete them.
3. Your consent
3.1 We place strictly necessary cookies without your consent, because the Site cannot function properly without them. This is permitted under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as implemented in Bulgaria by the Electronic Communications Act.
3.2 We place all other cookies, including analytics cookies, only with your consent. When you first visit the Site you will see a cookie banner allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Rejecting them will not restrict your access to any part of the Site.
3.3 You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by [clicking “Cookie settings” in the footer of the Site / clearing cookies in your browser and revisiting the Site]. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.
4. Third-party content
4.1 Some pages may include content hosted by third parties, for example an embedded video or a document viewer. Those third parties may set their own cookies when the content loads. We have no control over such cookies and recommend that you check the relevant third party’s own cookie policy.
4.2 Where we can, we load such content only after you have consented to non-essential cookies.
5. How to control cookies through your browser
5.1 Most browsers let you view, delete and block cookies. Blocking all cookies may mean parts of the Site do not work properly. Instructions are available at:
• Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies
• Safari: Settings → Privacy
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security
• Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
5.2 You can also opt out of analytics collection using any browser add-on offered by our analytics provider, where available.
5.3 Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not currently supported by a common standard, and we do not respond to them. Use the cookie banner on the Site to control non-essential cookies.
6. Changes to this notice
6.1 We may update this Cookie Notice when the cookies we use change. The current version is always available on the Site, and the “Last updated” date shows when it was last changed.
7. Contact
7.1 If you have any question about our use of cookies, please email us at elle@antiparosadvisory.com, marking your message “Cookie enquiry”.
